Matcha lattes are one of the most popular drinks in cafés and bubble tea shops.
Use these standard recipes for 500 cc and 700 cc cups to get a consistent flavour every time.


Standard Recipe for 500 cc Matcha Latte

Ingredients

Directions (500 cc)

Step 1 – Add hot water

  • Pour 120 cc of hot water into a 500 cc shaker.

Step 2 – Add matcha powder and fructose

  • Add 15 g of matcha flavour powder.

  • Add 30 cc of fructose.

  • Stir or shake lightly until the powder and sweetener dissolve.

Step 3 – Add milk and ice, then shake

  • Pour in 120 cc of fresh milk.

  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice.

  • Close the lid and shake well until the drink is smooth, cold and fully mixed.

  • Pour into a 500 cc cup and serve immediately.


Standard Recipe for 700 cc Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 150 cc hot water

  • 20 g matcha flavour powder

  • 40 cc fructose

  • 150 cc fresh milk

  • Crushed ice

Directions (700 cc)

Step 1 – Add hot water

  • Pour 150 cc of hot water into a 700 cc shaker.

Step 2 – Add matcha powder and fructose

  • Add 20 g of matcha flavour powder.

  • Add 40 cc of fructose.

  • Mix well until the powder is fully dissolved.

Step 3 – Add milk and ice, then shake

  • Pour in 150 cc of fresh milk.

  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice.

  • Shake thoroughly until the matcha latte is icy cold and creamy.

  • Pour into a 700 cc cup and enjoy.


Tips for the Perfect Matcha Latte

  • Adjust the fructose level if customers prefer more or less sweetness.

  • Use good‑quality matcha flavour powder and fresh milk for a richer taste.

  • For the best flavour, serve and consume the drink within 1 hour after making.
