• Keep frozen at -18°C or below
• Shelf life: 18 months
• Once cooked: best consumed within 4 hours

👩🍳 Cooking Instructions

1. Bring water to a boil
2. Add frozen mochi （whole bag） into boiling water
3.  After the water boils again, adjustthe medium fire to boil for about 8-10 minutes, and flip the front and back of the bag halfway
4.  Cook the rice flour mochi thoroughly, remove them, cool them down, open the bag and eat them directly or mix them into drinks.
