Refund policy
1. UTea will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. For refund or exchange please return your purchase within seven (7) days from receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after seven (7) days from the receipt of original order. All items must be returned in their original packaging with 15% of whole order restocking / administration fee applied.
2. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THIS RECEIPT OF GOODS. NOT RETURN OF REFUND ON COD & SPECIAL ITEM
3. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund.
4. The Customer will be responsible for paying for any return shipping costs for the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. If packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will not refund the shipping charges cause incorrect address, Refused by Recipient or incorrect information provided. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
6. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please check with our staff for the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination if you have any question.
7. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
8. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
9. Exchanges (if applicable)
