Preparation Instructions：
Pour 100g of White Jelly Powder into a pot. Add 2500ml of boiling water, stirring continuously along the edge of the pot while pouring. Continue stirring rapidly for 30 seconds after all water is added. Allow to cool until it sets into a jelly-like consistency, then serve. Best served chilled.
