Ingredients

• 50g Phoenix Oolong Tea
• 1250ml Hot Water
• 750g Ice

Instructions

1. Add 50g tea leaves to 1250ml hot water.
2. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
3. Strain and remove tea leaves.
4. Add 750g ice.
5. Stir until the ice has completely melted.

Ingredients

• 250ml Phoenix Oolong Tea
• 35ml Golden Syrup
• ½ Fragrant Lemon (approximately 12 diced pieces)

Preparation

1. Add diced lemon and a few ice cubes to a shaker.
2. Lightly muddle to release the lemon juice and aroma.
3. Fill the shaker with ice to approximately 80%.
4. Add Phoenix Oolong Tea and Golden Syrup.
5. Shake well and pour into a serving cup.
