How to make bubble tea

If you already have your brewed tea base ready, making bubble tea is very simple.
Use the standard recipes below for 500 cc and 700 cc cups, then adjust sweetness and toppings to your taste.


Standard Recipe for 500 cc Bubble Tea

500 cc Recipe Table

Tea Type Tea (cc) Fructose (cc) Ice
Black / Oolong tea 200 cc 40 cc Full cup
Green / Oolong green tea 200 cc 30 cc Full cup

Directions (500 cc)

Step 1 – Add tea and fructose

  • Pour 200 cc of tea into a 500 cc shaker.

  • Add fructose according to the table above (40 cc for black/oolong, 30 cc for green/oolong green).

Step 2 – Add ice and shake

  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice to the top.

  • Close the lid tightly and shake until the drink is well mixed and chilled.

  • Pour into a 500 cc cup, add toppings if desired, and serve immediately.


Standard Recipe for 700 cc Bubble Tea

  • Black tea

  • Oolong tea

  • Green tea

  • Oolong green tea

700 cc Recipe Table

Black / Oolong tea 250 cc 50 cc Full cup
Green / Oolong green tea 250 cc 40 cc Full cup

Directions (700 cc)

Step 1 – Add tea and fructose

  • Pour 250 cc of tea into a 700 cc shaker.

  • Add fructose according to the table above (50 cc for black/oolong, 40 cc for green/oolong green).

Step 2 – Add ice and shake

  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice to the top.

  • Close the lid and shake well until the drink is icy cold and fully combined.

  • Pour into a 700 cc cup, add toppings such as tapioca pearls or jellies, and enjoy.


Tips for Best Results

  • You can adjust the amount of fructose based on your customer’s preferred sweetness level.

  • To keep the tea tasting fresh and aromatic, it’s best to consume the drink within 1 hour after making.

  • Use high‑quality tea bases and filtered water for a cleaner, smoother flavour.
