Standard Recipe for 500 ml Fruit Tea

Ingredients

  • 150 cc brewed tea (black, oolong or green tea)

  • 50 cc fruit juice concentrate (e.g. peach, mango, lychee, passionfruit)

  • 25 cc fructose (liquid sweetener)

  • Crushed ice

Directions (500 ml)

Step 1 – Add tea

  • Pour 150 cc of hot or room‑temperature brewed tea into a 500 cc shaker.

Step 2 – Add juice concentrate and fructose

  • Add 50 cc of fruit juice concentrate.

  • Add 25 cc of fructose.

  • Mix or shake lightly until everything is combined.

Step 3 – Add ice and shake

  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice.

  • Close the lid and shake well until the drink is cold and slightly frothy.

  • Pour into a 500 ml cup, add toppings if desired, and serve immediately.


Standard Recipe for 700 ml Fruit Tea

Ingredients

  • 200 cc brewed tea

  • 70 cc fruit juice concentrate

  • 35 cc fructose

  • Crushed ice

Directions (700 ml)

Step 1 – Add tea

  • Pour 200 cc of brewed tea into a 700 cc shaker.

Step 2 – Add juice concentrate and fructose

  • Add 70 cc of fruit juice concentrate.

  • Add 35 cc of fructose.

  • Stir or shake lightly until the concentrate and sweetener are fully dissolved.

Step 3 – Add ice and shake

  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice.

  • Shake thoroughly until the fruit tea is well chilled and evenly mixed.

  • Pour into a 700 ml cup and enjoy a refreshing large fruit tea.


Tips for Better Fruit Tea

  • Adjust fructose up or down depending on how sweet your juice concentrate is and what your customers prefer.

  • Use high‑quality tea and real fruit concentrates for a cleaner, more natural flavour。

  • For the best taste, serve and drink within 1 hour after making.

  • These base recipes work well with toppings such as tapioca pearls, popping balls, fruit jellies and fresh fruit pieces。
