Honey Aloe Vera Lychee Dragon Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This recipe is perfect for cafés, bubble tea shops and home creators who want a refreshing honey aloe vera + lychee + dragon fruit drink.
Ingredients
Base & toppings

1 four season tea bag

200 ml hot water
-
50 g honey aloe vera (topping)

50 g diced mixed fruit (from canned fruit), drained

50 g toppings of your choice (jelly, popping balls or more aloe vera)
Smoothie mix

50 ml lychee flavoured syrup
-
150 ml four season tea (from the brewed tea above)

50 g diced dragon fruit with juice
-
250 g ice
Step 1 â Brew the Four Season Tea

Add 1 four season tea bag into 200 ml of hot water.

Let it steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.

Set the tea aside â you will use 150 ml of this for the smoothie.
Step 2 â Prepare the Toppings

Put 50 g of honey aloe vera into your serving cup.

Add 50 g of diced canned fruit (optional but recommended for extra texture).

You can also add 50 g of your favourite toppings such as fruit jelly, popping balls or extra aloe vera.
Step 3 â Blend the Smoothie
In a blender, add:

50 ml lychee syrup

150 ml four season tea (from Step 1)

50 g diced dragon fruit with its juice

250 g ice
Blend for 20â30 seconds until the texture is smooth and icy.
Step 4 â Assemble and Serve

Pour the blended smoothie over the toppings in your serving cup.

Give it a gentle stir if needed and serve immediately with a wide straw.
