• Keep frozen at -18°C or below

• Shelf life: 18 months

• Once cooked, best consumed within 4 hours (store at room temperature 18–32°C)

👩🍳 Cooking Instructions

1. Boil water (ratio 1:10 taro balls to water).

2. Add sweet potato balls and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes until they float.

3. Turn off heat, rinse with cold water, and drain.

4. (Optional) Soak in sugar water for extra flavor before serving.
