Preparation

Mix together:

• 120g Sea Salt Cheese Topping Powder
• 240g milk
• 40g whipping cream

Whip using a mixer or cheese foam machine until light, smooth and fluffy. For best results, serve immediately after preparation.

Makes approximately 400g of prepared cheese foam.
